At Emerald Gardens, we focus on your loved ones emotional health as well as physical health. We understand that a wide variety of healthy living social programs and interaction are necessary to promote emotional well-being. This is an essential part of our care program.
Individualized Memory Care
Our Memory Care Program is flexible in that it is designed to meet the ever-evolving personal care needs of those displaying the initial signs of memory loss to the more intensive care needs of those in the advanced stages of Alzheimer’s. As one’s needs become more advanced, so does the level of care and attention we provide.
Monthly rent in our Memory Care community includes a broad range of personal care services that ensure individualized care, comfort, and attention. In addition to the services offered in our Memory Care Program, we can also provide assistance with mobility, bathing, dressing, and incontinence care.
Enhanced Care
We know that some residents require a little more help than others. We provide an Enhanced Care Program that ensures that two staff members are always close by to provide extra help whenever it is needed. Enhanced Care residents benefit from easy access to extensive hands-on care 24 hours a day, excellent staff to resident ratios, specially tailored social and recreational programs and access to licensed nurses.
